Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory interview questions

Horrible interview process. They did a video interview and things seemed to go well despite the condescending vibe of both the interviewers, the woman in particular was exceptionally cruel, and kept going on about the reasons for leaving my last company. After the video interview they scheduled an in person interview which they never followed up on and so I emailed them about it and they let me know that they made a "mistake" in trying to schedule me for an in person, which is so unprofessional, they scheduled me for a reason, redacted it and then made some lame excuse for things. Horrible interview process, horrible people and would not recommend. These people put on a facade of being good people doing meaningful work but they are not and far removed from that, they are all about education, status, and politics
