Smitten Ice Cream interview questions

Interview process was simple, just one interview. After that I got the call accepting me, I went in for training. Interviewer was very nice and seemed as though she was lookin for the best interest of employer and employee.

It was a very informal process involving a series of questions posed to me on a table outside the store. I sat down with the manager and she asked me several questions about why I wanted the job and my previous experience.
