Easy interview, asked about past experience and what I would bring to the position. Asked about method of transportation and school schedule. Easy and friendly interview with no trick questions. Straightforward
Very easy, ask you previous experience. Discuss challenges and how you overcame them. If an employee doesn’t show up how do you handle situation. How do you increase productivity during peak times or when lines back up.

Interview
Sit down and answer questions. The lady was very nice and seemed interested in getting to know me as a person vs just asking random interview questions. The only really hard question was asking me what changes would I make to the company's processes based on what I know now.
