Had to go to St Helens store to meet a guy called Andrew Sadler. He just basically had my cv and asked me questions on each section, why i left jobs? would i be happy moving stores after 6 months?

A quick chat about the store and my CV. The interviewer explained the role and what would be expected of me. They then questioned me on my CV and my current role with another company. They explained benefits and we discussed pay and hours.

Interview
I had an initial interview with an Operations Manager who mostly asked basic competency questions and gave a very brief overview of the position, after navigating this stage successfully it was then followed by a secondary interview with a HR Representative who went more in depth with my background and the requirements of the role in question.
