Interview
Group interview followed by a 1:1 Skype interview. For the group interview they bring in six applicants at a time and split the group in half to interview with one manager at a time. The interview also includes a tour of the office/facility. The group interview feels a bit like speed dating, not sure if the gentleman from human resources even looks at applicant resumes, as many in my group did not even have sales experience.
Super informative, to the point, and enjoyable. I was sent an email to interview, submitted my resume, scheduled a call, then asked for an in-person interview, and then asked for another one with VP of Sales. After that I was offered the job.

Interview
Casual encounter speaking to the sales managers individually after an initial phone screening with the talent acquisition manager. They were very welcoming and really looked for a company culture fit. Overall, a good experience.

Interview
One phone interview with the Director of Talent Acquisition and two in-person interviews with both of the sales managers and the VP of Sales. Be prepared to answer questions about your work and personal background and how they relate to the rock star culture at SnackNation.
