Snap Finance's interview process was honestly absurd. They dragged 5 interviews over 2.5 months where I met with 9 different people. It's disrespectful to demand that much of a candidate's time, especially someone that would have to take time off at their current employer to interview. This all wouldn't have been so bad if they hadn't completely ghosted me after the final interview, when they set the expectation that I'd be hearing back soon either way. My follow up calls/messages were ignored as well. It's just insulting to take that much of someone's time and not even send a simple email afterwards. If my experience interviewing is any indication of what it's like working there, stay away.
