Interview
Snapchat interview process was surprisingly smooth for me. The entire process took around 2 weeks - from the initial call with Recruiter to onsite and verbal offer. I was actually found by Snapchat's recruiter for this job opportunity and decided to give it a try after talking to him. The recruiter is very friendly and helpful throughout the process in terms of scheduling interviews and following up after interviews. He even gave me tips on relocation since he was also relocated to the area himself.
The process is standard, phone screens via google hangout followed by onsite half day interview. I was pretty confident throughout and got my verbal offer 2 days after my onsite. Everyone that I've talked to in my interviews is very knowledgeable and full of energy. I received a strong, positive vibe about the company after the onsite. It definitely feels like a silicon valley startup.

Question 1
The technical questions are difficult but fair. They are looking for people who can actually code, no tricky ah-ha questions, and coding questions are mostly testing your ability to write code, which is fair if you are still coding in your current job.

I interviewed for MLE positions. After screen (leetcode), i had 4 on-site interviews. 2 ML system designs, 2 leetcode interviews. In general, the experience is very positive, all engineers/managers i met are very professional and polite.

Interview
1st round coding interview for ML engineer was a mix of my previous experiences and a typical LC medium question based on stacks which was pretty easy the interview was scheduled for one hour but ended in 30 minutes.
