3 rounds of interviewers, all about 10 minutes each. Overall very nice people conducting the interviews. You will often be asked on parts of your resume, and how it would benefit you there.

Interview
The hiring process is very long. I had my interview at 10:00 and did not walk out the door un to 1:00. You meet with all the territory leads and end with the HR manager. Everyone is very nice and they lay out to you in black and white what the job is all about. They want to hear that you have a great work ethic and very goal oriented.

Interview
You start being told all about Snap-On and the company details and history. The interview was with 5 different managers and the head of HR. Every manager asked slightly different questions such as what you do at your current job and why you think you would be a good employee at Snap-On Credit. Also every manager advised that this is a collections job and you will be calling and collecting on delinquent accounts, trying to be sure you understand the job you are getting into.
