First, you have to go through HR round for information of previous company work experiences & profile.
After that, the function head or Director will take an F2F round. then after the HR procedures, induction & joining will happen
They called me for the interview, then they asked me few question about my career my course & my expertise, what can I do to make the design better. Then they gave the assignments.
