      QA Manager Interview

      Interview

The interview process was fairly straightforward. Standard recruiter interview first, then meet with the hiring manager, then the team. The weird thing was that the role was to report directly to the Sr Manager, but that was the only person reporting to the Sr Manager. So, it seemed like the Sr Manager didn't want to do any IC work or manage the entire team. I mentioned this to the recruiter and said that I would take the Sr Manager role and save them plenty of money, they thought I was joking.
