Be careful what you disclose to the hiring team. During my interview process I was asked about weaknesses. I disclosed that I have an anxiety disorder that typically doesn't effect my work, but will come into play in some stressful situations. My interviewer stated " I don't know if we can have someone like that on our team". Although we set next steps, he proceeded to ghost me until I got a form rejection letter.

2 Managers on the first interview, one of the Managers logged on 10 minutes late so she missed the resume walk through. She was extremely unprofessional and was typing during the entire interview. Regardless if she was taking notes, it was distracting and I could tell she wasn't engaged.
