They had a basic introductory get-to-know you part, and then 5 STAR questions, like how have you dealt with stakeholders in previous roles, what knowledge do you have of water and wastewater systems, describe a sitation you had dealing with a difficult team member. etc.

Question 1
What knowledge do you possess of water and wastewater systems?
Received a call for an interview. Interview two weeks later. Relatively straight forward process. 2 weeks later found out I had not received the position. Phone call was used to confirm this. Other candidates where more local, which particularly for this role would be held with regard
