I had a great interview experience with So Energy. From the very first contact, everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful, and supportive throughout the process. The interview consisted of three stages, and at each one I met different members of the team with Jess providing invaluable guidance through each stage and the expectations. This gave me the opportunity to have meaningful conversations and gain a well-rounded perspective on what it’s like to work at So Energy, as well as what would be expected in the role. The company culture really came through at every stage as the conversations felt natural, flowed easily, and the questions allowed me to clearly and comfortably showcase my skills and experience. Although the task element provided more of a challenge, it was a practical way to demonstrate my abilities and gave me useful insight into the role itself and the expectations for this, which I appreciated. Overall, regardless of the outcome, I would have come away with a very positive impression of So Energy and the interview process. It felt well thought out and well-structured.
