The interview process was strange. Normally a panel of company employees (2-3 people) interview the candidate. They ask about 10 typical HR questions.
In my case, an upper manager and a contractor (non-company employee) interviewed me. The contractor was late to the interview and the upper manager and I had basic small-talk for a half-hour.
The interview had none of the typical HR questions, that I know now is the required interview practice internally. They were pretty technical questions, specific to the role I was applying for.
Overall, I applied in March, received an in-person interview in June, and offered in late June.
