Two step process, RH first and CPA rotation committee second. You had 48 hours to create a case study presentation allowing you to showcase your technical skills. They listen to your answer and bring forward support for your weakness you indicated. Very helpful
Their virtual assistance Sam booked an appointment for us then we proceeded on a team meeting with a member. They introduced themselves and the company . They did a little resume

Tell me a time where you had to overcome a challenge
Simple process due to the opening is a contact - one round, two interviewers. I think it started right for me, with small talk, being polite and not being too nervous. If it’s the job you can do or good at, the rest is just Listening to the questions and answer them clearly.
