I was originally interviewing for an Account Management position so my interview process may have been a bit different and longer than most. My first interview was a phone interview with the VP of Account Management, where he asked me a variety of questions about my background, my advertising knowledge, and some simple optimization questions. He was very personable and made the interview seem much more like a conversation than an interview. I was brought in for a round of 4 interviews, with a2 senior account managers, a senior performance analyst, and the VP of account management. These were some of the smoothest run interviews I have ever been in. The account managers asked client relationship questions and the senior performance analyst asked me some more in depth optimization questions about the Facebook funnel. All four of my interviews flowed like conversations, everyone was kind and asked a great selection of personality and actual interview questions to get to know me better. I met with the VP of account management last, who told me he believed I would be a better fit in performance analytics, so I was brought in again for another round of interviews. I met with a senior performance analyst, the head of ad-ops and then the VP of account management again. The senior performance analyst asked me some critical thinking math questions as well as a good mix of personality questions while the head of ad-ops talked to me more about how Facebook works. The VP of account management and gave me a verbal offer at the end of the interview. Overall, the process took a little bit of time, but all interviews felt like conversations, all the people I met were great, and being in such a cool office made the process really great and really made me want to work here.
