Interview
An interview was conducted first by phone to pass the first screening and see where I best fit. I was then interviewed by a panel of friendly but relatively down-to-business employees, consisting of a senior leader and (eventually) peers. I also had to submit a writing sample, which they had reviewed.

People have a lot of independence on the job, yet everyone contributes as a team to the reports they produce. So it was a question about independence and collaboration, and examples of both.
