Phone interview with a panel of three. There are three parts to the interview: behavioral questions, scenario questions and math quiz. As a recent graduate, it was pretty intense to go through. The panel was friendly.

STAR method is used. Pretty straight forward; name a situation, your take and actions and the result of your action. Can be as descriptive or vague as you would like as long as you answer every part of the STAR method.

Via zoom. Started with behavioral questions, moved to answering some simple questions (some involving basic math), then a description of the job was provided. Wasn’t too long of an interview and they made me feel comfortable throughout the process. No offer yet
