I applied online and was called in for a panel interview. They asked 1- scripted behavioural questions along with roleplay. I was then invited for a 2nd round with the district manager to discuss about the position and lifestyle more in depth

Completed application on federal employment website, the application was completed on USA jobs. Took several months after application before interview. Interview consisted on a variety of questions about customer service and application capabilities.

The interview process was average they asked general questions and behavioral questions. My interview was over the phone it was a panel of five people interviewing me asking different questions.
Very Good interview with a well informed interviewer. Learned the job duties in a concise manner. I appreciate the knowledge of the interviewer and their understanding of the agency and position.
