Due to COVID the interview process was over the telephone. I was interviewed by two ladies. They also ask what my favorite thing in my country was. We got to discussing food and how that specific food is cooked in each of our country

1. Talk about a time you went out of your way to help a customer.
2. Talk about a time you had a disagreement with a coworker.
3. Tell me about a time you had a project that had to be done by a certain deadline
4. Tell me about a time when you had to do something without your supervisor approval

Interview
I went through the bilingual interview. There was 3 people in my interview. They did the behavioral questions. I also got an additional interview translating something from English to Spanish. Pretty simple and straight forward.
Applied and interviewed with two people then did extensive background paperwork. The interview process was to the point and not too complicated. The interview process to hire took maybe a couple of weeks or so.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Social Security Administration (Kansas City, MO)
Interview
The interview was a phone interview with one interviewer and it took about 45 minutes with maybe ten to fifteen questions. It was fairly easy and the interviewer was nice.
