I had mainly fit questions and almost no technical questions. Mostly background questions and situational questions. I was only interviewed by the manager of the team during thirty to forty five minutes who explained how the team was built and the daily workload that will be expected.

Applied during career fair and received a phone call a month later. First round not to complicated ; questions about forwards and options. Second and final round in London : I saw the head of the team in person and the other members of the team by videoconference (since the job was in Paris) : more questions about options ( more difficult: binary options mostly) and greeks.
