Behavioral interview by phone with HR for thirty minutes. Notified me that week that I was invited in for the next round. Super day at the office: two sets of interviews. One behavioral, one a bit more technical. Took about three hours total.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Société Générale (New York, NY) in Feb 2011
Interview
The first round interview was on campus and conducted by an employee who was a VP in the iT industry but I was interviewing for an accounting and finance position so I did not receive any technical questions at all. My second round interview, I had three rounds with three different MD's and a group interview with my competitors.
