      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Socure

      Interview

This was a weird one. I really enjoyed talking to the in-house recruiter and the hiring manager was nice enough, but I picked up immediate red flags that they really didn’t have a firm grasp on the role, what would success look like for it, or exactly what they wanted. I was told several times I had good experience for it. After saying I’d move on to next round, instead I got an email alerting me I wasn’t selected. I wasn’t too upset by this since I felt like it was a risky move for me anyway, but seemed really disjointed.
