The job listing did not include any information about their pay scale, which is illegal in California. No initial phone screen with a recruiter, just straight into the first interview with the product team lead. When I followed up with the recruiter afterward and asked to make sure our compensation expectations were aligned, the only response I got was a boilerplate rejection email. Shady behavior that makes me think I may have dodged a bullet anyway.

First round Phone screening, second round of interview with hiring manager maybe a possible coding round, third round will be a team interview and finally presentation about your previous work experience.
