You apply online or direct to the T&C department by submitting your resume and cover letter. If you are selected, you will pass 3 interviews. T&C then your direct manager then the GM
it is pretty good, they ask questions that really expose your perspective and tend to be selective. They’re quite passionate in what they do and have a very considerate mindset.
