They seem to disappear into thin air after a few calls. Communication is extremely poor, and they are not responsive at all. They don't keep candidates informed about the hiring process and leave them hanging without any updates. Very unprofessional experience.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SoftBank Robotics in Aug 2025
Interview
Initial interview process was straightforward but they don't ask you for your availability and just send you invites with no context containing an .ics file instead of a Google Calendar invite. I've never had a company not ask for my availability and I've interviewed with 100+ companies.
I received such an invite from a salesperson at the same time as an HR person after 2 interviews - usually HR is involved at the offer stage and not in parallel with final interviews.
They also seem to use a messaging system that sends you an email but that they can't get replies back from - after not knowing they weren't receiving my messages I followed up via other channels and they ghosted me. After a lot of positive feedback.
The role was also offering below market and used a healthcare reimbursement scheme.
