I applied in-person. I interviewed at Softobiz Technologies in Jun 2026
Interview
first level of the interview was like asking about all the skills mentioned and wanting to go practical too. It was a good experience, and I asked relevant questions. I only attend the first level; later, they put me on hold due to my lack of one skill.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
ow would you design a CI/CD pipeline that supports blue-green deployment in a microservices architecture, and how would you handle rollback in case of failure?"
This question required me to explain not just the tools and steps involved (like using Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.), but also how to manage traffic routing, monitoring, and ensure zero-downtime deployments. It also led to a follow-up on rollback strategies using versioned deployments and infrastructure as code.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Softobiz Technologies (Chandigarh) in Jan 2024
