Interview
The interview process consists of several stages and includes conversations with various key stakeholders across the organization. This typically involves interviews with the local sales team, regional leadership, EMEA leadership, and—specifically in my case—the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This multi-layered approach ensures alignment on both role expectations and cultural fit across different levels of the business.
The interviewer was very rude and condescending. He said that he wanted someone with 15-20 years of experience while the job description only stated at least 5 years of experience. There's clearly a miscommunication between the interviewer and HR. Total waste of time.
4 step interview process. HR, Manager, Senior Manager and VP of sales. The HR interview is just a phone screen. Last two interview are in person for about 45 minutes
