Software Unlimited Corp interview questions

Had an initial phone interview with their only programmer at the time. The second interview was done through GoToMeeting where I did a coding test for their only programmer. Had a third interview shortly after with the owner where I was asked nothing about my skills but rather talked about religion and politics.

Interview process was about what one could expect. Many factors are taken into account. I believe the process is extremely fair. There were three interviews in the process. Two over the phone and the third was in person. I then received an offer. Over all it really was an easy process and I felt I was pretty well prepared for what I was walking into.
