Everything was positive until the final round. The interview process was well-organized, and the team was extremely proactive in scheduling rounds, often arranging interviews week after week without delays. After the final round, I was informed that a decision would be communicated within a week.
Unfortunately, since then, there has been complete silence. The same HR representative who was highly responsive and communicative throughout the process stopped responding altogether, with no updates or follow-up despite multiple weeks passing.
For a company of this reputation, such a lack of communication is disappointing and does not reflect the professionalism demonstrated during the earlier stages of the hiring process. While a rejection is understandable, ghosting candidates after investing significant time in multiple interview rounds is unprofessional and leaves a negative impression of the overall candidate experience.
The interview process consisted of seven stages, including conversations with the recruiter, several Product Managers, and leadership. Each stage focused on product thinking, collaboration, and alignment with the company’s strategy and culture.
