Solano County Library Library Aide interview questions

The interview process was smooth and professional. It was a process of about 10 weeks. I submitted an online application, took a written clerical exam, and went through an interview. On the day of the interview, I completed a written exercise then went into the actual interview. There were three people on my interview panel, two women and one man. They asked me about 9 questions, one of which was discussing the results of my written exercise. The three interviewers took turns asking me questions. Overall they were friendly and encouraging and we left each other with mutually positive impressions.
