Interview
I stopped by their main office and picked up an application. Process was as old fashioned as you'd expect their management style later proved out to be. Was referred to the main plant location not far from this building. interviewed with the production manager, simple questions regarding the history on my application. I got the impression he really didn't care about my character, just needed some "warm bodies" at the time because he ran thru the process as quickly as possible. Didn't dwell on any prior experience as to how it may or may not contribute to his business. Hired to fill short positions on the spot, starting next day.
