The interview process was well organized and consisted of multiple rounds. It started with a discussion with the hiring manager focused on my background, projects, and overall fit for the role. This was followed by a technical interview covering data structures and algorithms, along with backend and system design concepts. The onsite interview in Bangalore included discussions around system design, problem solving, and SQL fundamentals. There was also a managerial discussion focused on collaboration, communication, and team fit, followed by an HR discussion regarding compensation and role expectations. Overall, I found the interview process to be structured and relevant to the responsibilities of a backend engineering role.
