Solent Forts interview questions

Basically non-existent....Met the chef, met the ops manager, met the GM, shown the kitchen, given the job and put on probation for 6 months. No job chat, no guidance no nothing"

Applied through a recruiter and was invited to interview within a few days. Went to venue to interview, filled out ridiculously long and pretty irrelevant form and spent 45 minutes being told why I was the right person for the job - which should have rung alarm bells right away. Received an offer within 48 hours and asked for 15% more money which was agreed right away. Started work within a few days. I really liked my interviewer who went on to be my boss and was clearly a sympathetic, dedicated team leader.
