It was a great experience. I contacted the company following a listing on another website. They immediately responded to my request and worked around my schedule to set up an appointment time. When I met with the human resources director and then the program coordinator, they detailed all of the day to day duties and thoroughly explained the requirements, compensation package, and desired outcomes from my eventual employment. The following day consisted of a follow-up interview when I was then offered the position which I accepted.
