It was a fairly unorganized process. I had two interviews and made it to the final interview. I was told I would be hearing back and never got a response. I was worried when numerous current employees warned me of the poor internal communication at Solinftec. I respectfully declined for my own career. This was the second worst interview experience I have ever had with a company and it is only a glimpse into what is going on inside from what I believe. Yikes!
