The process seems quite traditional within the IT field, with initial screening interview by HR followed by an interview with the hiring manager and HR. An endorsement from a current employee likely influenced the decision to include me in the recruiting process. The atmosphere was somewhat relaxed, but the interview carried a certain seriousness as well.
