The selection process was blurry and unclear from the get go. I had one 30-min screening with the recruiter, another one with the hiring manager, 1 long assignment, 1 surprising exercise and 1 extra interview with two unrelated future colleagues. The lack of transparency and consistency of this company is alarming, as it’s not exactly in its early stages. I did not get any feedback whatsoever about neither of the two assignments they put me through, and in the end, all I got was a robotic, apathetic rejection email that blatantly disregarded the motivation and energy invested by me. There are definitely numerous things to work on.
