I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Solomon Group (New Orleans, LA) in Aug 2024
Interview
Disorganized and unresponsive interview process. After requesting a detailed project proposal, there was no confirmation of receipt, feedback, or status update—even after a month. Reached out to HR but received no response. Regardless of the reasons, this lack of communication reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and respect for candidates’ time and effort.

Summarize Solomon Group’s recent strategic transformation in your own words. What are the key changes in both the Events and Exhibits groups, and how do they impact the company’s market position and brand identity?
I applied and without even getting a call back from anybody, they asked me for a lot of free work and you get one week to submit it.

As part of this exercise, we’re also looking to understand your unique perspectives on the best ways to communicate Solomon Group’s value. Please provide two or three innovative ideas or approaches that you believe could help us better articulate our brand's unique strengths and offerings. This could include new messaging strategies, creative campaign ideas, or suggestions for enhancing our digital presence.
