Pretty rigorous process. They really wanted me to be prepared for the client, but all without telling me that the client had already hired someone else before I was recruited and this was just for show. Very disappointing

The recruiter I spoke with was great throughout the whole process and I felt like they knew how to find a good match and advocate on my behalf. They gave me feedback every step of the way and even got a better rate than the initial one after interviews were in process.
