Phone screen and then I was asked to take 2 tests. Good news, the first 1 is easy and you get immiediately moved ahead in the process. The second one is persoality test. Roughly 30 minutes with repeating questions with 5 choices like Never to Often. I took the test several times and the HR Rep and the company did not receive them. I kept taking them again and then would send screenshots of the test, ID, results, etc. No matter what I did, they would just ask me to take it again as the system would either not get it thru to my email or they would not get the test when sent back.. After about 5 of these I get ghosted. So I spent perhaps 2 hours on a test they never received or if they eventually did receive it they did not let me know.. I get ghosted after doing the test multiple times.
