Interview
The interview was pretty laid back. I was asked a few standard "why do you want to work here" questions, and then given a tour of the facility.We walked the plant and after returning to the office I was asked if I wanted the job.
Phone interview with hiring manager, group manager and senior employee. Introduction about the company and how it became Solvay today then behavioural questions. Overall they asked technical questions about what I did for research and how I solved problems with my research skills
