Met with SM and was asked a few questions, discussed salary, and talked about an average day. Then a few days later I met with the SM at another store for a second interview.

Interview
Same as anywhere. No trick questions. Just why do you want to work here, what is your experience. I met my new manager at a local coffee shop. The store had not opened yet so it was fun to set it up as well. If you have retail experience it should be no problem to get a job at Soma.
First you will have a phone interview, then an interview was with either one of the sales leads or the assistant manager, followed by an interview with the store manager.
