The interview process is lengthy. I was rejected after sitting through several rounds of interviews. Instead, they could provide feedback in the initial rounds itself if they were not satisfied.

Honestly, pretty awful and inhumane interview experience. The final round alone is 6 hours long. I have never had to do a longer one. I had difficulty trying to not cackle when one of the engineers I talked to complained about their lack of applicants. They want to delegate DevOps responsibilities to Software Engineers to reduce their costs and ask very specific Docker/Kubernetes DevOps questions during the interview to make sure you will handle those things as well. This is why I am not surprised to see the pretty low work/life balance assessment on Glassdoor. Last, almost all interviewers interrupted me dozens of times while I was responding to their questions, not even allowing me to explain everything coherently. From cofounders to engineers, lack of two-way communication is disturbingly prevalent. Save yourself time and respect.
