One of Sonatype's recruiters reached out to me about the role. I did not apply. I was passed to a different recruiter who did not provide timely updates about the interview process and steps. Expectation was set at the end of the screening interview to move forward to meet with the VP. I had to follow up multiple times with the recruiter to schedule the next call. 2 weeks later I received an automated email from 1st recruiter stating they moved forward with a different set of candidates. They initiated contact with me. This experience left a negative impression about the company.

They were terrible. Don’t interview with them. They only care about men and not promoting women in Sales. I literally got turned down from VP of America’s because of his his ego and hiring women in sales. Currently, there are zero sales women in there workforce- a major red flag!!!! No DEI!!!!
