Great Interview! Met with 3 people. They spent time describing the sales process and made sure I knew what would be expected. They answered any questions I had and spent a good deal of time with me. They got back to me the next day with a job offer.

The interview process went very smoothly, the recruiter, manager, and everyone were very nice and helpful. Sounds like a great opportunity with a growing company, especially in this tough economy.

The questions were basic and straight forward.
They reviewed background and experience and were very transparent regarding hours, expectations and pay structure.
Situational questions and a few "If your were ... how would you...?"
