Interview
Two step process. The first step was an interview with CEO and manager, the second step was a writing sample. It was a little intimidating but overall a good experience. They give you a time limit to write a blog about a city you want to visit. I got a call at the end of the week and they let me know I got the position.

Interview
Two part interview:
Part 1: turn in writing samples of your work with a cover letter and resume. They will interview you in person and then if they like you, go to the second part. The second part is a "writing test."
Part 2: I was asked to name two places I have never visited. The CEO chose one of them and gave me an hour to write a blog about the top ten things to do in that city.
