Interview was good. It took to rounds to clear the interview. First was taken by the HR and the other was taken by the Customer care center Manager. Cleared both the rounds. best time to give the interview is when the contract hiring is done at the time of September, as it is the season time.

it was a long full day process comprising of aptitude gd and pi .they basically check your confidence of spoken english and if u are good in that then u will get selected
