Phone conversation with recruiter to better understand my experience and go through the CV step by step. Detailed experience and presentation of the projects I worked on and managed.
Smooth, interviewer was friendly, questions were as expected from an interview at this level. First stage remote then in person interview at their Weybridge office. Total process took about 2 months.

1st Round HR, second round Manager, 3rd round director. Decent experience, the director was being coy and awkward during interview. I would love to have a more engaged experience with someone who could be my boss.
