Generally, Sony hiring process needs improvement, After applying I received the usual email from the recruiting department to schedule a phone interview, that took at least 3 attempts within a month to hear back from the recruiter to actually schedule a phone interview, at one point I gave up trying to confirm a scheduled time. The phone interview went lead to a face to face scheduled appointment but they failed to inform me of the location and who I had reached out to ask them for the information. The face to face was with Director perfect. How long worked in HRIS, What are your current day to day responsibility, key decision maker, how do you approach resolving .. and this situation. The interview went great we covered over an hour of detail work procedures, I met VP and another colleague which I also have similar experience outside the HRIS. The interview ran over 2 hrs. I followed up with a Thank you email that same day expressing my interested in the position, that was two months ago never heard back from anyone, no one in recruiting, not the director no follow up or feedback I found this to be very unprofessional, from having a recruiting background and interviewing this shames a company for the poor lack of feedback to the candidate. I recently saw the position reposted, which only makes clear that there is an internal lack of communication and unorganized Human Resources Department
